Highlights:
– Domains without keywords can still be wildly successful (Twitter, Digg, etc.).
– Cutts personally prefers brandable domains vs. keyword-laden domains.
– Google is considering “turning the knob down” on how important keywords are in domain names.

Bottom line:
Including keywords in your domain is not a magic formula for success and having a domain without keywords won’t necessarily doom your website.
