Job Opening: Internet Marketing Intern (Part Time)

Are you an avid Internet user with a fanatical passion for emerging technology, a quirky sense of humor, an unwavering work ethic and a whole lot of personality? Then you just might have what it takes to join our team and define your role at the fastest growing Internet Marketing agency in San Antonio.

Leading SEO Workshops

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is not something that can be taught in a business school classroom (In a dorm room? That’s debatable). This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to dive in and earn hands-on experience in the constantly changing Inbound Marketing and SEO fields.

Our Ideal Candidate

You do not need to have worked as an SEO before. We will give you the tools that you need to learn the ins and outs of our industry. Prior experience with web design, marketing, Google AdWords and similar marketing or advertising experience is a plus.

We don’t like to babysit (we have ourselves to worry about). You must be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision. Working on projects simultaneously and prioritizing are non-negotiable skills.

Showing up for your shift and going through the motions simply won’t cut it here. We also don’t need someone to just run errands and pick up coffee (we bought our own coffee maker for Christmas). Every member of our team wants to be here, and we’re looking for someone who looks forward to going to work and doing industry-defining work every day of the week.

What You’ll Be Doing

This opportunity is what you decide to make of it. You will be assisting with projects in social media, website content creation, marketing messaging, competition analysis and email marketing campaigns. Prove to us that you can handle the tasks (and occasional inanimate objects) we throw at you and you will be rewarded with more challenging work.

Our Expectations

We’re looking for a current college junior or a senior or a recent graduate. This opportunity is for 2 months (approximately February – April), with an opportunity for an extension depending on mutual needs. We expect our interns to work 15-20 hours/week with morning availability a plus. Compensation will be $9/hour.

Contacting Image Freedom

We’re sure your canned cover letter is very lovely but we just don’t have time to read it. Instead, send us an updated resume and a haiku about why you should be our intern to careers@imagefreedom.com. Yes, we said a haiku. Have fun!

Please do not contact our offices by phone about this position. No, really.
